All customers/patrons MUST speak/pay attendant at the window before heading back to the Landfill.
Effective April 4, 2022, per MOA Landfill Authority Board, a 10% surcharge fee will be added to all loads, yardage/tons to help offset the substantial increase in fuel/environmental fees.
Over 7 bags will be charged per cubic yard
Please keep separate from loads, Freon Items not allowed in Landfill. Must be placed in container labeled "Refrigerators/AC Units".

Commercial Compactor Truck and Compactor Containers
includes open top roll-offs, dump trucks, trailers, etc.
Loads needing help of our operator/equipment to empty (frozen in, construction hung up in load, etc.) will incur a $50.00 fee
Completed "Generators Waste Profile" with prior approval required for the following (Special Handling Fee of $80.00 may apply)+ 10% Surcharge:
Friable & Non-Friable (must not be mixed with other waste)
Yard waste is not allowed. Please compost if appropriate. Yard Clippings are defined as leaves, grass clippings, pine needles, vegetable or other garden debris, shrubbery, or brush or tree trimmings that can be converted to compost hummus.
No oils, gas, or paints, etc. Bulk or non-containerized liquid waste or waste that contains free liquids.
No Used lead acid batteries and automobile/other vehicle batteries.
Please dispose of properly.
Prohibited
Whole tires are not allowed to be dumped into the landfill.
We are not licensed to accept Hazardous Waste.
Check with your Township to see if they have recycling in your area. Even though the MOA Landfill does not have a recycling program we are making an effort to make sure white goods, Freon Items, tires, and metal are handled properly.
As a convenience, the MOA Landfill does provide a container labeled "Scrap Metal" for residents to recycle small amounts of metal items.
Effective immediately:
Unfortunately, due to continued garbage thrown in/around the Metal Container (causing a health risk), all metal will be accessed a charge with the exception of Washer, Electric/Gas Dryers, & Electric/Gas Ranges.
